Windsor South Lamar offers two different affordable rental housing programs with limited availability.

• The Low-Income Program is defined as households whose earnings do not exceed 60% of the Area Median Income depending upon household size.
• The Moderate Low-Income Program is defined as households whose earnings do not exceed 80% of the Area Median Income depending upon household size.

Applicants will be required to submit documentation regarding their residency, income and financial history.
